Bates - Los Angeles Please see my letter dated January 24, 1955, with which I furnished you fully executed "Original for District” of Supplemental Agreement OLD No.11342-1, dated November 30, 1954; also fully executed "Grant of Easement” OLD No. 11342-2, dated December 1, 1954, whereby LA&SL-UPRRCo. grants to the District 2 easement strips 15 feet wide for new location of water pipe line, covered in basic agreement OLD No. 11342, dated June 1, 1953, covering sale to Las Vegas Valley Water District of water production and distribution facilities of LVL&WCo. at Las Vegas, Nevada. I asked you to make delivery of these documents to the District and at the same time obtain Reconveyance of Easement covering the 20 foot strip of land which was granted to the District by the Railroad Company under the original agreement of June 1, 1953.
