THORN Mr. William Reinhardt, Vice President Union Pacific Railroad Company 422 West Sixth Street Los Angeles, California Dear Mr. Reinhardt: This is in reference to resurvey of the north line of the Railroad Company property in the s£ of Sections 29 and 30, T20S, R6lE, Las Vegas, Nevada, covered by your letter of November 30, 1954, and Mr. G. William Coulthard»s letter of December 22, 1954. The survey and monumenting has been completed and the map filed with the County Recorder. In accordance with the agreement, the cost was to be borne equally by the Railroad Company and the Water District. Enclosed is a statement prepared by J. M. Montgomery showing the cost of the work. The entire cost has been included in J. M. Montgomery*s regular state­ments paid by the District, so that the District should be reimbursed for the Railroad Company*s share.
