Sutton) Please refer to Mr, Sutton's letter to you,copy to me, of May 21, 1954, and your R-310*relating to the request made by Mr. L. J. Loren, of the accounting firm of Conway, Moe, Hibbs and Funston, upon one of our accountants during the audit by the Las Vegas Valley Water District of the accounting figures relating to the sale of the Las Vegas water system that the Law Department furnish that accounting firm with a letter concerning litigation, Judgments and claims pending against the Water Company on April 30, 1954, which would have to be assumed by the Water District.
