Resolution 1-7334 (Proposed Municipal Ownership by LV Valley Water District of Water Production and Distribution System) On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: . O c U U - % o . I e WHEREAS, Sale Agreement^C.-fr.D. "Ifo. 11348, dated June 1, 1953, between LA&SLRRCo.-, TJFRRCo. and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, First Parties, and Las Vegas Valley Water Distriot, Second Party, for the sale and purchase of water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada, provides that this Company execute certain deeds, easements and bill-of-sale to convey title to said facilities to Las Vegas Valley Water District: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary ^ In. executing on behalf of * this Company the following documents: 1 - Deed, Audit No. , dated conveying real property referred to in paragraph (a), Section 1 of Sale Agreement from the Water Company to the District; 2 - Instrument Transferring Interests in Real <5~3v^y. n and Personal Property, Audit No.',A dated-AL^^/ covering the property referred to In paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (j) of Section 1 of said Sale Agreement from Water Company to the Disttrict;
