Southard doing business as Southard and Downey, covering installation of water mains to serve portion of Mayfair Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada was assigned to Luceille A. Southard. Mrs. Southard, presently employed as a Registered Nurse at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada expects to be assigned, to the Air Corp in Japan. Before leaving she desires to clear some outstanding indebtedness and desires to sell her interest in the above mentioned agreement. Plumieigh-G-illett, Inc., and its successor, Lee Construction Co., Inc., have five refund agreements covering installation of water mains as follows: 1.
