BBSOLUTIOS 1-733^ (Water Line Extensions) On motion duly seconded, the following resolution vas unanimously adopted: ESSOIVED, that the action of Tice President Beinhardt in executing letter agreement "S^L.D. m dated May 15. 1953. with Longley Construction Co., Inc., corering the construction and laying of approximately 1020 feet of 6 inch east iron water main to serve Sleek 11 and the south half of Block 10, Ladds Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2,280.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; he, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved, and confirmed.
