Las Vegas, Nevada July 8 , 1953 Mr, W, H, Johnson: (cc - Mr, E, E, Bennett ) With reference to your recent letters concerning agreements which must include restrictive provisions in conformance with the agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Waiter District, please he advised that Mr. Bennett has been corresponding with Mr, McNamee concerning the exact nature of the language to he used, I am, therefore, holding all agreements affected hy this language and will process the same as soon as agreement is reached with the Water District as to the exact nature of the language to he used.
