Mr. Hulslzer has suggested that the deeds he delivered August 1, 1953 und contract made effective later, and Mr. Reinhardt will Instruct Dlvn. Supt* to serve notice prior to August 1st on all Industries that their contracts will be terminated September 1st. Under this arrangement LVL&WCo., will have to continue to furnish industries water for month of August. Thereafter, LVL&W will furnish water ter industries under rate schedule provided. This will not however Include the arrangement with PFE Company as the Railroad will continue to furnish water to them. A-266. P.
