M Lynch Rouse Rulsizer Perkins Hanson Smith Bennett Adamson Maag Bates ) Q May Pursuant to your mailgram of March 27, 1953s I am enclosing the following documents covering the transfer of the water production facilities of the LA&SL to the LVL&W Company, which I understand have Been approved By Mr. Rouses 1. Originals, approval copy (Bearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Deed of water-Bearing land from LA&SL to UPRR. 2. Original, approval copy (Bearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Deed of water-Bearing land from UPRR to LVL&WCo,, 3„ Original, approval copy (Bearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Bill of Sale of water production and transmission facilities from LA&SL to UPRRCo. fo Original, approval copy (Bearing approval as to form) and two extra copies of Bill of Sale of water production and transmission facilities from UPRR to LVL&WCo. 5. Duplicate originals (each Bearing approval as to form) and two copies of proposed contract Between LA&SL, UPRR and LVL&WCo. Mr. Bennett advises that you may execute each of the enclosed documents as President of the Railroad Companies with the consent of the Executive Committee pursuant to Section 3t Article V, of the LA&SL Bylaws and Section 6, Article V, of the Union Pacific Bylaws, and that you may execute the contract described in Item 5 above as President of the Land Company pursuant to Section 3> Article IV, of the Bylaws as amended and effective July 11, 19h4.
