Haag Beoomraendati on for Las Vegas Land and Water Company authority to construct approximately 15 LF of 8* and *385 LF of 6“ oast iron water mains and 40 LF of 6* oast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Beverly Green Subdivision Tract So. 3* Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of fl6,398*GO chargeable to investment of which $251*00 is a donation. Federal Homes, Inc. is developing Beverly Green Subdivision Tract Mo. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has entered into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Buie 9, make complete or partial refund of coat of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of ^L*,6?9.GG. In addition Federal Homes, Ino. proposes to construct at its own expense , under private contract, 4-0 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of $251.00, which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation. Bequest authority to enter into usual Refund Agreement with Federal Homes, Inc. Approval of the Las Vegas Valley Mater District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement *G*L.D. 11342 dated June 1, 1953* ha® been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection. A. F. S. data is attached to Mr. Perkins' copy. Water mains covered by this submission are now being installed by Subdivider and would therefore appreciate wire advice when this project is approved.
