Builders Investment Corporation is developing Cadillac Arias Subdivision Tract .So. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has entered into private contract fo r construction of water mains and f ir e hydrant connections at it s own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company w ill, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or p a rtia l refund of cost of said water mains which is agreed to be the sum of $16,213.00.
