Main Street southerly froa Sarees St. to Charleston Bird. Necessity for work: Industries on west side of Main Street in show* location are now serred through a series of small servlet lines crossing under pavement in Main Street from east side of Bain Street whleh are extremely difficult to maintain aooount removing and replacing pavement when repairing leaks or installing new connections. Proposed line will provide adequate service to all existing Industries as well as other Industries whleh will looate either along west elds of Main Street or on adjacent R. R. Co. property.
