    1 7 - RECOMMENDATIONS; Eliminate all of the existing weirs and construct concrete weir boxes at the following locations - Boxes to have adequate capacity and proper weir openings. At overflow of new Settling Basin #3 to serve Wells Nos. 9, 10 and 11. (4* weir) At overflow of Settling Basin No. 2 to serve Wells Nos, 4, 7 and 8, (4* yeir). V ^ | » At old Settling Basin No. 1 to serve Wells Nos. 2, 6 and Big Springs. (2* weir). At old Settling Basin No. 1 to serve Wells Nos. 1 and |j (4* weir). At old Settling Basin No. 1 to serve Wells 5, Little Springs and Middle Springs, ( 2’ weir). By constructing above weir boxes at the Settling Basins full effect of the vacuum developed at the well or back-pressure, if any, from pipe lines when line is flowing full, would be reflected in the weir reading.
