W 23-1-23 Mr. Frank Strong: Referring to your letter April 33, file 7334 concerning proposed installation of third transmission main to deliver water at Charleston Boulevard and Main Street: lation a week or ten days ago, one of the items we had in mind was the importance of locating this line so that it will not have to be disturbed if and when an underpass is constructed at Charleston Boulevard. We have secured from State Highway Engineer a print showing the location of this proposed thoroughfare, which is set up for the 1946 State Highway budget, and I am enclosing herewith copy of the print for your information and file.
