Las Vegas - August 1 0 , 1945 Mr. Frank Strong: Referring to our conference in connection with a permit to be obtained from the County and State covering test holes and ditch to be constructed in the gutter along North side of Charleston Boulevard for the new 24M transmission main into the City, authorizing us to handle this work from Well No, 10 to the curve just West of County Hospital. test holes in the territory between the Hospital and Main Street, the State Highway Department requests that we send them a small sketch showing the approximate distance from center line to where the ditch will be excavated and also location of the proposed 24n line where it crosses under the railroad track, I understand the water line will be installed to clear the future underpass, if and when it is constructed.
