Henderson 1125 Norman Avenue Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: This will refer to your proposal to lease to the under­signed one used Lorraine Model 30 dragline, Serial No. 1696, and one 5/8 cubic yard capacity bucket for use in connection with work to be performed by the undersigned at Las Vegas, Nevada. The undersigned agrees to lease the said equipment from you for such period of time as it shall require the same upon the following terms and conditions: 1. Rental shall be at the rate of $566.00 per month, payable to you at the close of each month of the term oT this lease, it being understood that rental for any fractional pe­riod of a month shall be on a prorata basis ly rate. at the said month­2. This lease and rental thereunder shall commence up­on delivery of the said equipment without cost to the under­signed upon railroad oars at the freight station of the un­dersigned at Los Angeles, California; and shall terminate up­on delivery of the said equipment to you at said Los Angeles freight station. 3. During the term of this lease the undersigned shall assume the risk of loss or damage to the said equipment re­sulting from accident or fire and agrees to return the said equipment to you in the same eondition as when received, or­dinary wear and tear excepted.
