NEVADA In our letter of September 21, 1945# we agreed to construct the reservoir, settling basin, pump house, fir® house, two concrete^ valve boxes, and to excavate and backfill trenches for pipe lines, subject to certain condi­tions, for the sum of $159#C13.00. At the time that proposal was submitted it was contemplated that your Maintenarice^epartment would lay all of the pipe lines and connections, and install boaster pumps. Subsequently, a Jurisdictional dispute between the Las Vegas Efciilding Trades Council and your Company Union resulted in you/ forces withdrawing from the Job, and we are now requested to submit a (supplemental/ proposal under which, in addition to the work already cont/s^ted, weymll furnish labor only for laying the pipe lines in the trenoheKto be excavated. We submit herewith a guaranteed maxbams, fixed fee proposal to cover the work as proposed in our letter of Sapth^ber 2>U 1945, plus the additional work above described, in\the amount of Croa Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars (#174,295,00), subject to the following conditions* \ 1. Railroad to furnish all pig>e, val/es, fittings, pumps, etc, 2.
