While motors not yet reed fo r booster, we have plyaoed lin e in service with gravity flow from Wells 10 and 11, In my le tt e r A pril 2 3, 19k$, requesting authorization, i t is suggested 2k* main constructed by and at cost of RR 60 be leased to- LVL&W with option to purchase,* As Water Co is now actually operating the line I think RR should have an understanding of some kind whereby Water Co takes over, and i t appears to me to be matter of tax consideration as to whether i t should be outright sale or lease on rental basis. and WRB is arranging for service connections therewith.
