Acct. appropriation W R advised G F A over telephone Saturday that expenditure estimated to be $6,000 for improvement of Middle Spring w o u l d over-expend our existing appropriation b y approximately that amount without h a v i n g p u r c h a s e d the additional land. W i t h this u n d e r standing Mr. A s h b y advised that the n e e d for additional water was such that w e should n o t delay Middle S p r i n g development and he Instructed that we proceed with the work.
