\ Las Vegas - October 27, 1941 W 23-3 Mr. Frank Strong, Vice President, LVL&W Co., Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir: Confirming our telephone conversation today. I enclose herewith the plat of the SE Section 31, with measurements as taken by Van 0. Eastland, a licensed Nevada engineer. He set the section corners also and they are in about the same location as we estimated they would be when we looked over the ground together. If consistent I shall be glad to have copy of your recommendations, as mentioned in my B-25 to Mr. Jeffers. Yours very truly,
