Las Vegas - November 1, 1941 W 23-3 Mr. Frank Strong, Manager Industrial Dev. Los Angeles, California. Dear Sir: Supplementing my letter last night with regard to purchase of SEt^ Sec.31, T30S, R61E from W. H. Pike. I enclose herewith an exact copy of the deed which has been executed and is now in the hands of the Pioneer Title Insurance Company, for preparation of title insurance policy. They cannot issue title insurance until the deed is recorded. Will you please therefore have Mr. Bennett inspect the attached copy and advise if this form of deed is satisfactory. Upon receipt of your advice the Title Insurance Company will proceed with issuance of policy. Very truly yours, W.H.J.
