A check of the Tender's and our records Indicates that %?# have received and paid bills for material as follow: Order dumber Comoanv Material 4 p.. SB-1691 Baroid Sales Company §00 Sacks Baroid 42—SB—1692 Baroid Sales Company 400 * 41 400 Aquagel 42—SD-1819 Cancelled - Reordered on 42-SD-2190 42-SD-1819-A Engstrand-Elliott 400 m Drileo 42—SB—2190 Mojave Corporation 200 * Rotary Mud A total of 1600 sacks of all described items. Xt would, therefore, appear that 42-SB-l$20‘should be c^ncelM and material received applied on the orders as listed above. Copies of the above orders are attached hereto for your information. In your letter yon state you received only 200 sacks Acp&gei, but in the following paragraph you state that you returned to Wilmington 334 sacks of the same material. This is inconsistent and apparently your records should be corrected and Order 42-SD-1820 cancelled. I an sending copy of this letter to Mr. Strong and would appreciate it if he would check his records to assist us in closing the file. I am returning herewith your copy of Order 42-SD- 1820, and, as stated above, against which the Baroid Sales Corp. advise no shipments were made and we have no record of any bill to cover. cc: Mr. frank Strong Mr. P.
