Mr. Bracken advises me, under date October 10, that since the in stallatio n o f pipe lin e from "L itt le Spring" to se ttlin g basin, su fficien t water has been made available for a l l domestic and ra ilro ad uses, and he therefore believes i t would be w ell to hold in abeyanoe u n til sometime early next year the blowing out o f the well* He states he w ill advise us i f it becomes apparent that the w ell should be cleaned out before that time.
