In a d d itio n th e re to , we have shown the lo c a ­tio n s and HP motors proposed f o r the year 1951 and f o r the fu tu re two o r three years th e r e a fte r . In accordance w ith our telephone conversation today, w i l l you please send us th ree ( 3) p rin ts showing the new e le c t r ic a l work req u ired to fu rn ish s u ffic ie n t amount o f power to operate the motors as shown on our p r in t . In the event you decide to construct any a d d itio n a l p o le lin e s , p lease show then on p r in ts . The p r o b a b ilit ie s are th at we w i l l not have a 100^ loa d fa c t o r a t any one time due to the fa o t th ere is not muoh chance th at both f i r e pumps w i l l be op era tin g a t one tim e. There can be v e ry short periods during the time o f maximum use during the h o tte s t days o f summer when a l l pumps (e x c lu d in g the two f i r e pumps) might be op eratin g, but as a r u le on ly one pump a t a time w i l l be op eratin g in the Bonanza V illa g e layou t and in the proposed Old Town la y o u t. Quite fre q u en tly in summer, we have both pumps op eratin g a t r e s e r v o ir s Nos 1 and 2, f o r short periods. W ill you p lease ad vise the estimated o o s t, la b o r and m a te ria l, o f the w irin g , p o le lin e s , e t c . , which you decide must be in s t a lle d , to geth er with b i l l o f m aterial so we can p la ce ord er f o r the m aterial; when our Budget Items are approved. We now have a u th o rity f o r a l l work requ ired f o r w e lls Nos 8, 10 and 1 1 .
