The change suggested by you to eliminate amount of water used will not, in my judgment, affect the contract, as we can at any time control the amount and use of water. The e xpense of meter readings was inserted because we have required it in other contracts. As you suggest, "with minimum charge of $2.50 per month" should be transposed in paragraph I to follow "charges per cubic foot" recital.
