May we provide same on basis of agreement in question? Since writing you March 39, two of our new lessees covering lumber yard sites have advised us their desire Install fire protection system. After thorough consideration this feature, we recommend adding to proposed water service agreement additional provisions covering following: (a) Independent line, of size to be determined by user, may be constructed at sole cost of user. Connection with Company*s main and that portion between main and property line of leased premises to be constructed by Railroad Go. at sole cost of user. Deposit of estimated cost to be made by user in advance of construction. Extension of line into user's premises and construction of risers and fire piugej to be performed by and at sole cost of user. * . Railroad Co. to maintain entire pipe line at sole expense of-user. (b) Such line will not be equipped with meter. User agrees that no connections other than for fire plugs will be made therewith, and no water will be taken from fire plugs except for fire fighting purposes. (o) In event of fire, Railroad Co. agrees furnish suoh of its surplus water as may be available.
