There will be some special cases where the length of line will be greater than 20 feet and/or diameter of pipe greater than 2 inches and I believe that the agreement should be prepared in form to take care of such instances. Inasmuch as the majority of cases will be within the length as noted in the schedule, I think it convenient to retain the schedule with appropriate limitations and have suggested a supplement thereto to take oare of the special cases* (4) There is nothing in the draft, as originally prepared, that will indicate the size of meter or pipe to be installed for a particular User. It seems to me that these features should be specified in the agreement, to cover which, I suggest change in Section I. As to Ms* Jeffers’ comments in Items 4 and 8, I see no objection to the inclusion of the provisions and there probably is some good legal reason why they should be included. In the suggested redraft, I have incorporated the provisions. I note comment from Ms* McNaraee in his letter of April 20th concerning Ms. Jeffers’ paragraph 9. I presume that the provision suggested by Mr. Jeffers need not be incorporated. It is my opinion that the redraft, as attached hereto, more clearly sets forth the situation we propose to cover and if this meets with your approval, I suggest copy be forwarded to Mr, McNamee for his consideration.
