Warren, Secretary: Dear Mr. Warren: I am in perfect accord with your letter of August 15, in which you suggest that we submit to the Commission a form of water agreement covering the sale of surplus water at various points along our line of railroad in Nevada. As the situation is somewhat different for the, service of our industrials at our terminal at Las Vegas, we hav6 adopted a standard -form of contract, #1 which applies the domestic uses of the industrials served by the Railroad Company at Las Vegas, #3,/-to the domestic uses and fire protection requirements of the industrials served by the Railroad Company at Las Vegas, and we have adopted a standard form of agreement (#3) covering the sale of surolus water to /individuals, corporations, and associations at other places along our;/ railroad in Nevada outside of Las Vegas terminal limits. I am therefore enclosing you herewith forms #1, #3 and # 3 , for approval by your Commission, with the understanding that the Railroad Company submit a monthly statement giving the names and addresses of the" individuals, corporations and associations executing any or either of the forms/of contracts submitted herewith during the preceding month.
