Street* They hare been dumping this water onto Main Street and it is a serious hazard to the pavement as the heavy trucks running in and out of the industrial yards would soon have the edge o f the pavement crushed and from that time on, deterioration would he very rapid. 1 believe it would he well to have the Engineering Department look into this matter at once, in order that some arrangements can he made to handle this flood water without allowing them to pump same into the open street* This water from-the basement has also run east on two or three different streets and has made some of the streets east of Fifth, almost impassable and the City Commissioners have r e quested me to help in whatever way we can to stop this practice. Will you kindly let me have your advice. Yours very truly, Vice-President & Agent CC - Mr. W.B. Armstrong, Mr. E.E.Cunningham, Mr. R.L.Adamson, Enel. 1
