Robertson: Your letter April 20th relative to water main to serve lessees in Industrial Unit No. 1 at Las Vegas: I have today wired you requesting submission of an AFE by air mail to cover this work. Would suggest that when you wish quick action on matters of this kind that you submit an AFE along with your letter, and that the air mail be used. This should not delay mailing of the letter. C .
