Knickerbocker I have approved Railroad Company*s original and hand you herewith for execution on part of Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, duplicate originals and three copies of agreement received with your letter of August 12th, covering maintenance and operation of water pipe line by the Land and Water Company on railroad property at Las Vegas*, Although W.O. 9798 originally proposed to connect pipe serving Industrial District Ho. 1 to main pipe line northerly of meter measuring water furnished the town, I understand that connection was actually made south of the meter, so that water furnished the Industrial Distriot will be metered to the Land and Water Company.
