Lee Angeles, May 29, 1952 7334 Mr. V. W. Smith* (GC * Mr. C. M. Bates W m Mr. L. A. white / Mr. W. H, Johnson p Calvin M. Cosy Mr. w* F. Harp) the Railroad Company entered into Agreement Audit No. 60563, effective October 10, 1944, with I a n s H* Co* to supply water at las Vegas, Nevada. f M s agree* neat was assigned by Mr. Co* to A, A. Asphalt a Construe* tier Company, Ins., effective April 1, 1960. This was superseded by new agreement with A. A. Asphalt and Con* etruetion Company, effective April 1, 1950, and expiring March 31, 1969, being assigned Audit No* 73699. It has not yet been renewed. Your attention is called to Agreement NLD No. 26, Audit No. 6797, dated September 16, 1939, between the Railroad Company end LVL&WCo.» covering license to operate and maintain 4 , 6® and 8* cast iron water line at rear of property fronting on Main Street, between Caress Street and Carson Street, from which line LVh&WOo. supplies water to Industries fronting on Main street. You will note from Exhibit *A* print attached to this agreement that this water line oonneets with Railroad water supply through an 8® lliaa and watsr meter at Clark Street (extended). the water connection and meter supplying Lewis H« Cox and A. A. Asphalt and Construction Company takes off the southerly end of LVL&WCo. owned 4® and 6® pipe line, and it appears that the water agreements above referred to should have been between LVL&iCo. and the user instead of the Railroad Company and the user, and all amounts collected by the Railroad Company for water supplied since October 10, 1944, should be refunded to the LVL&WCo. as the Railroad Co. bllla the LVL&WCo. for water supplied through the 16® mater at Clark Street.
