The above is on basis that Barber & Bridge will furnish all supervision, labor, tools and equipment, to­gether with all transportation and other incidental expense and that no payment will be made for idle time or time not worked. Barber Bridge Co. to furnish and pay for surety bond for full amount of estimated cost of work to be done.
