Ski til, Referring to your letter Jan. 20th, 1953, file 0-44107, with regard to agreement Audit 792$4 with Barber-Bridge Drilling Corporation, ltd., covering the making of production testa on certain water wells in Las Vegas, lev,, and particularly your advice that the extension rider extending date of completion of the work to Hov. 30th, 19 5 2 , shows date of agreement to be Oct. 20th, 1932, whereas original agreement shows date of V:0et* 16th, 19 52 . 1952, but it is dated Oct. 16th, 1952. The extension rider, therefore, should be corrected to show date of agreement .to be Oct. 16th, 1952. Others receiving copy of this letter should change their copy of extension rider to agree.
