Balance of GV water system taken over by LVL&W under Bill of Sale CA 10287 dated 5/1/44 GVW Co to LVL&W consideration $1.00 including all pipe lines and appurtenances also certificate public convenience , by Nev. PSC also permit by City of LV covering use of streets and alleys apparently no value attached to franchise. 2. Agmt CA 7221 dated 5/21/29 between LVL&W and GVW Co covering sale of water LVL&W to GVW Co this Agmt cancelled by Bill of Sale dated 5/1/44 referred to above. 3. Apparently no liabilities assumed by LVL&W. 4. No bonds put up by LVL&W Co. 5. No information available on stockholders or creditors this company. * 6. No information available relative activities of this company after disposal of assets. 7. Facilities and operations of this company taken over by LVL&W with approval of Nev. PSC. I am informed by Mr. Leo A. McNamee former attorney for Union Pacific Railroad Company and LVL&W Co., that his files indicate Boulder Dam Syndicate I n c ., was dissolved In 1945 and that the charter for the Grand View Water Co., Inc., was forfeited in 1947 as a result of their failure to file the list of their officers for the years 1946 and 1947.
