Dear Sir:- On December 4th I wrote you relative to the maintenance of water system at las V egas, recommending the transfer by the Railroad Company to the Las ^ egas Band and Water Company of all land in the vicinity of las Vegas owned by the Railroad Company except such as was required by the Railroad Company for the right of way and station grounds, and further, that all right title and interest in the water be vested in the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. I wrote you on December 14th sending you at your request deeds and agreements relative to the transfer of land at Las Vegas from Stewarts to the Railroad Company and from the Railroad Company to the Las Vegas' Land and Water Company.
