Johnson - Los Angeles Attached find the following papers, which I believe refer to sale of property on North Main Street to Norton Warehouse Company, Las Vegas, Nevada: 1* Letter dated February 26, 195*** from Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, which refers to their Escrow No. 32813-M. 2. Note Secured by Deed of Trust dated January 22, 195*** in the amount of $25,000.00, which is signed by William J. Norton for Norton Warehouse Company. 3. Escrow Settlement with Las Vegas Land and Water Company in account with Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company dated February 26, 195**, Escrow No. 32813-M in the amount of $2*^8.50.
