Reinhardt Mr, E, E, Bennett Oentlemen: The Las Vegas Development Company, Inc., whose address is 2517 Vest Charleston, Las Vegas, Nevada, has made application for extension of water mains to serve McNeil Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, Subject to the approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water District and executives of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, the Las Vegas Land and Water Company will be willing to enter into a formal contract with the Subdivlder for such extension under Rule 9 of its Rules and Regulations, subject to the following conditions; 1. If such contract is executed by the Subdivlder and all money required to be deposited by the Sub-divider with the undersigned under the terns of said contract is deposited by the Subdivlder within ninety (90) days from the date hereof. 2. The plans and specifications for end the location of the said pip# lines shall be satisfactory to the undersigned and the cost of the work of constructing said pipe lines to be refunded by the undersigned to the Subdivlder under the provisions of said Rule 9 shall be in an amount satisfactory to the undersigned. 3* Said pipe lines shall be laid in public streets or alleys or on a private right of way furnished by the Subdivlder to the undersigned as disclosed by a policy of title insurance to be furnished by the Sub­divider to the undersigned by the PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY in form satisfactory to the under­signed and with limits of liability of H , 000*00.
