Bennett Gentlemens Burke and Wyatt, a California Partnership, whose address is 875® Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles WS, California, has cade application for extension of water mains to serve Berkeley Square Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada. Subject to the approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water District and executives of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, the Las Vegas Land and Water Cocp&ny will be willing to enter into a formal contraot with the Subdivider for such extension under Rule 9 of its Rules and Regulations, subject to the following conditions: 1. If such contract is executed by the Subdivider and all money required to be deposited by the Sub­divider with the undersigned under the terras of said contraot is deposited by the Subdivider within ninety (90) days from the date hereof* 2* The plans and specifications for and the location of the said pipe lines shall be satisfactory to the undersigned and the cost of the work of constructing said pipe lines to be refunded by the undersigned to the Subdivider under the provisions of said Rule 9 shall be in an amount satisfactory to the undersigned. 3* Said pipe lines shall be laid In public streets or alleys or on a private right of way furnished by the Subdivider to the undersigned as disclosed by a policy of title Insurance to be furnished by the Sub-divider to the undersigned by the PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY in form satisfactory to the under­signed and with limits of liability of t1 ,000.00*
