Your letter does not specify what portion of said ection 22 your property is located in and, since the Las Vegas and and Water Company does not serve water outside of the city limits of Las Vegas, I am unable tb answer your question since I know from the map that only the/south half of the southwest quarter of Section 22 is within tshe city limits.
