Bennett In connection with additions to the property cf the Water Company, the cost of which will he added to the basic purchase price under terms of Agreement with the Water Company covering 3ale of water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you herewith two copies of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" dated April 6, 1954, covering con­struction of the following described project which it is pro­posed to construct, subject to approval of our executives under conditions as noted on the face of the estimate: Construct approximately ?80 LF of 6" cast iron water main to serve Block 6 of Noblitt Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada. I am also sending you herewith one print of our drawing dated April 6, 1954, showing location of proposed water mains. If you approve the construction of the project on the basis of data referred to above, will you please approve one copy of this letter and return to Mr. Harry E. Miller for further hand­ling and approval of Mr. Thomas A. Campbell, Chairman, Board of Directors, Las Vegas Valley Water District, as required under Section 13 of Agreement "C"L.D. 11342 dated June 1, 1953, covering the sale of the water production, storage and distribution system to the District, in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in triplicate.
