This refers to your letter of April 30, 1954, file BD 2-3-1, relative to vouchers for Forms 183, numbers V-214, V-215 and V-216, in favor of Phil Shipley and Associates covering payment for 50$ of revenue for period January 31 to March 31# 1954, under Contract Audit No. 10470. We are unable to ascertain the present whereabouts of Mr. Shipley and Associates, and suggest that you retain the above mentioned vouchers, along with all future vouchers in favor of Mr. Shipley and Associates, in your office until their whereabouts are known at which time I will advise as to their new address.
