Alllm&n Director, Utilities Division District Public Works Office Eleventh Naval District San Diego 32, California Dear Sir: Pleas© refer to your letter to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company dated May 20, 1954, your file NDll-MF/Ia, L4-3/N26, DB-420, requesting acceptance of Change Order «G« under Contract NOy(U) 22681, covering water service to the Naval Vegas, Nevada# Training Station at Lae The water facilities of the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, are being sold to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, whose address is 900 South 5th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, in the next few months and It is, therefore, suggested that you arrange to prepare a new contract with them which would be effective on the date of transfer of our facilities to them.
