t Vegae - Jane 3# 195** W 23-1-110 Mr* H. S*« Adamson - Loa Angeles oci ; MMrr,. lI|ikf@.e , m*B eiBnehnanredttt Fleas© refer to ©y previous letters of May 2hth and May 26, relative to Charleston Heights Subdivision, L&s Vegas, Nevada. 1 received a telephone call fro® Mr. Mel Sohroedtr of Charleston Heights, Inc., In which he stated he Is very anxious to receive layout of pipe lines to serve Units Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of his Subdivision sine© they are now in the process of grading streets, digging Sewers and etc., and desire to install the pipe line® along with other underground work so that they may proceed with pavement of streets. Mr. Sohroeder requests that we at least furnish hi® pip# layout for these three Subdivisions In advance of the layout for the balance of the Subdivision to the North and West* X told hi® we could possibly do this and that I would writ© you about the setter* I see no objection to doing this and believe by doing so we would avoid some criticism* Fleas© advise if you think it advisable to furnish hi© the layout for the first three units at this time. X called Mr. Sohroeder*® attention to the fact that the Com!salon Order covering service to the Subdivision provided that the Water Company would extend its water Rains to hi® Subdivision under Buie 9. Mr* Sohroeder looked up his copy of the Order and admitted that it so stated. I then asked Mr. Sohroeder if he had knowledge of the provisions of the Bui© 9 under which the Commission ordered ua to extend our ©©ins to serve this Subdivision and Mr. Sehroe&er stated he was not acquainted with the provisions of Bui© 9 and was not interested in it at the present time but would discuss it with me at a later date. Please let me have your comments. L. B. Maag LBMl ejp
