Plunkett 1480 South 7th Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sir: This will refer to your letter of November 9, 1953, making application for extension of the water mains of the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company under Bui® 9 of the Utiles and Regulations of the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company on file with the Nevada Publics Service Commission in the subdivision proposed by you, which is described as, Plunkett Tract - Industrial Subdivision Please be advised that the Las Vegas Land and Water Company will be willing to enter into a formal contract with you for such extension under Rule 9 of its said Rules and Regulations subjeot to the following conditions3 1* If such contract is executed by you and all money required to be deposited by you with the undersigned under the terms of said contract is deposited by you within ninety (90) days from the date hereof. 2. The plans and specifications for and the location of the said pipe lines shall be satisfactory to the undersigned and the cost of the work of constructing said pipe line# to be refunded by the undersigned to you under the provisions of said Rule 9 shall be in an amount satisfactory to the undersigned. 3. Bald pipe lines shall be laldf in public streets or alleys or on a private right of way furnished by you to the undersigned as disclosed by a policy of title insurance to be furnished by you to the undersigned by the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company in form satisfactory to the undersigned and with limits of liability of #1,000.00.
