Ho meter will be required by the Water Company, sinoe our billings are all based on flat rates. Referring to the last paragraph of your letter, wherein you request data as to the hardness of water supply in this area, I am submitting herewith one copy of “Analysis By Geological Survey, United States Department of the Interior* which was made by them in November 1951* which I believe is the latest data available and which shows the data required. Inoldentlally I might mention that the City plans the pavement of Charleston Boulevard in the near future and it might be well for you to make your application for service connection prior to pavement of Charleston Boulevard, Yours very truly, L.
