I agree.Mr. L, V. Peart - Omaha Attention! Hr. Goodwin This refers to our phone conversation this date relative to bank deduction per receipt number D10183 in the amount of $16.20, covering water service for the month of October* 1953# to Mrs. Edna Umbah, 618 Brldger Street* Las Vegas, Nevada. In connection with the above, the bank deduction receipt has been returned from the bank, since Mrs. Ombah is deceased and payment of the water bill is being withheld pending probate of Mrs. Umbah'a Will. In this connection, I am advised by Mr. Brown of the Trust Department, First National Bank of Nevada that the Will will enter probate about December 22, 1953# and that it will be approximately three months from that date before any creditors claim could be paid. Mr. Brown also advised that there was sufficient monies to cover all outstanding creditors claims and that the bank would protect any future water bill at that property. L. R.
