With respect to the above, I am attaching hereto for your further handling easement between Federal Homes, Inc., and Las Vegas Land and Water Company which has been recorded in Book 73, Page 125 of Book of Deeds, Clark County records coverings The easterly five (5) feet of Lots One (1) through eleven (11), both inclusive, and the westerly five (5) feet of Lots twelve (12) through twenty-two (22), both inclusive, of Beverly Green Tract No. 1, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 19, of Plats, records of said County.
