To obtain and furnish the Las Vegas Land and Water Company a release which shall be in a form satisfactory to the Water Company from third parties who may partioi-pate in the eost of installation of 8* oast iron watsr main In Qakey Boulevard and from owners of property Immediately adjacent to Qakey Boulevard on the north and south sides thereof betwsen Eastern Avenue and Southern Nevada Power Company right-of-way, releasing and relinquishing to the Subdivider all right to refunds of revenue from customers of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company Immediately adjacent to Qakey Boulevard between the above described limits, and taking direct service from 8* oast iron water main to be constructed by Sub-divider In Qakey Boulevard. THE COMPANY AOHSESt 1, Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of said Bill of Sale, necessary easements and title policies for said water lines and said release of right to refunds of revenue from cue tensers of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company immediately adjacent to Qakey Boulevard between Eastern Avenue and Southern Nevada Power Company right-of-way, to pay to the Subdivider at quarterly intervals, 353* of the revenue received by it from consumers located within said subdivision and taking direct service from water mains installed hereunder. Including also 35# of revenue received from customers Immediately adjacent to Oakey Boulevard between Eastern Avenue and Southern Nevada Power Company right-of-way taking direct service from 8® water main to be installed by Subdivider in Qakey Boulevard pursuant to this Agreement, said payment of refunds to be made for a period of ten (10 ) years following date of completion of said Installation or until the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $33,8?8.QQ, whichever first occur®.
