I Las Vegas - August 6, 1953 W 1 6 - 3 - 1 3 State of Nevada Dept, of Highways 1200 N. Main Street Las Vegas, Nevada Attn: Mr. W. 0. Wright Div. Engineer Gentlemen: In connection with a new subdivision now being developed by Heers Associates along the westerly aide of U.S, Highway 95 and northerly of Washington Street extended, it is proposed to construct a 12“ and 14W cast iron pipe line along the westerly aide of the highway, the center line of which will lie approximately 28* westerly of the center line of the highway extending from the intersection of Bonanza Road and Highway 95 to a point approximately 2000* northerly of the oenter line of Section 29. It is anticipated that eventually this line will be further extended in the same relative position with respect to the center line of the highway to the intersection of highway 95 and Vegas Drive. Will you please issue a permit in the name of Las Vegas Land and Water Co., for the construction of the above mentioned pipe line in location described. It might also be well to insert a provision In the permit to cover the future extension of the presently proposed line to Vegas Drive. Attached please find one copy of our drawing 1-128 dated August 6, 1953 which shows in yellow and blue color the location of proposed pipe line and valve boxes. Very truly yours, L. R.
